I usually do not leave reviews (positive or negative) but I definitely had to this evening. I have been taking care of my grandmother who had a stroke in July and has used Laferrys for numerous years. Today I found out why. She has a propane fireplace and this morning she noticed it wasn't coming on. I went to check her tank level and it was reading above 50%. Jeremiah was a blessing to come out the same day and check my new heater that was installed. He was very helpful and efficient in his job. I highly recommend this company for your propane needs. This summer John spent several days running down parts to fix my tank outside. Each time I call they are quick in response.

This is my third visit, and yall need to know that this place is for real. The first time was last winter and that time the office lady, Cathy took filled my bottles. Second time she had me ready to go before I even got out of the truck. Today, she finally had some help and just came out to greet me and it was extremely genuine! Nobody gets 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ You simply can’t put a price on customer service! Thank you Cathy (she probably spells it way differently)
