This is my first two days here and I feel so welcomed. The doctors know what they’re talking about and help me with my needs.
As my first treatment center or AA help, this has been an amazing experience. The staff, medical staff, counselors, and staff are so helpful and caring. I truly believe I will beat my addiction. Only thing to make better are warmer blankets!
Staff is top notch
Overall good experience. Happiest w the staff. Frustrated that some information wasn’t given prior to checking into detox such as it would take 10hrs to receive my bag that had my contact case/glasses n. Also NEED. CLOCKS IN PT ROOMS SINCE no phones.
My first day here and it was scary at first but, after talking to staff members and patients, I am relieved I chose this facility.
