I was very impressed by everyone at Lake Washington Windows and Doors who worked on our multi day window renovation project. Every employee who I interacted with was professional and courteous. They treated our home with respect and attention to detail. We would be happy to use them again for any future window needs.
We had new windows installed last month and couldn’t be happier! From the salesman Michael, who did a great job listening to what we wanted. Then Joe and his team showed up to install. 15 windows in 2 days, they were AWESOME! They were quick, professional, and left our property clean. We instantly noticed a huge comfort difference in the August heat.
In every aspect, working with Lake WA Windows and doors was an exceptional experience. I had already had 3 other companies come out to give me bids on replacing old, but utterly charming single paned wood windows. I could not afford to replace them with wood clad windows but they helped me find the best alternative. The windows look great. Cris and Jeremy installed our windows. They were punctual, professional, and delivered high quality work. They immediately addressed us for concerns related to the job (e.g., before removing large trim pieces, as required for the job, they notified us and suggested alternative options as able).
