I had a great experience. From the consultation to the install everyone I spoke with was friendly and professional. The install was quick and they took great care of my house and left no debris. The one 'bummer' of my window replacement is that I am short and for the sliding windows that are behind furniture or the kitchen sink, I can not reach to unlock due to there being 2 locks. Great company all around! James Fox came out and took all of 15 minutes to measure my three windows I was replacing and went over my window options. Within a few days he sent me back my quote and when I asked about financing my job didn't qualify under their terms, but he still knocked off a few hundred dollars because I wasn't able to qualify! We replaced sliding door. These french doors are terrific and I am not certain if it is the lowest price but the installation by Joe absolutely great. You can have 100% confidence that they will do a job well done and product is top quality. We have used them in the past and they continue to meet and exceed our expectations. You get what you pay for!

Great company and product! Eric and his team were professional, friendly, and quick. We had all the windows and our sliding door replaced. We have a small house but the job was finished in less than 1 day and we are very happy with the finished product. Eric, the owner, came and checked on the work on installation day. Lake Washington Windows did an outstanding job planning and installing our dark Ultra fiberglass windows. They compliment the exterior views and Michael in sales was able to sketch out our new configuration in a way that made us confident. The installation crew was excellent and used great care. We highly recommend this company. Will update with pictures once we finish the full construction projects.
