Turn over on staff is VERY high! Nurses run the show. They ask YOU when you want your dose to go up and down and how much! Only the Dr. should do this! If you need to speak with the Dr. the nurses won’t let you! Computer system makes random charges to your account and then YOU have to prove you weren’t even there that day or prove you already paid. The building is impeccably clean and newly remodeled but that is the ONLY thing good here!
Honestly, ive been to fee clinics but i can actually say lakeland comprehensive treatment center is by far the best clinic that I've ever gone too. Not only do the do their job amazing, but they actually also sit and take their time to see how your really doing and actually mean it, they actually care. It's nice to see that, I'm from Massachusetts and I've never felt this way about a clinic. So thank you! Thank you to everyone that works in the center, you guys are awesome ❤️
This is my first treatment center and I have no complaints. Every one is kind and helpful. I give it the highest rating.
Let me start by saying very clean inside and outside. Staff very helpful & professional. My counselor is great and has been a huge impact in my sobriety. Ive been to different treatment centers threw out a 25 yr addiction and i can honestly say Lakeland CTC is hands down the best ive ever been too. I have been in treatment for several years. Been to a few different clinics. Started off guest dosing here, realized the staff is amazing,caring,genuine! From the doctor,nurses, counselors, all try hard to help you, make sure you are doing well! I switched as soon as I could to LCTC. I'm currently staying 2 and 1/2 hours away .Taking care of a family member.
