They are very professional and work with you regarding the roof project. They care about their work and how things are going, which is refreshing to see. Worked with the Lakeland team to re-do our siding and our roof. Everything was completed on time, all workers were professional, polite, and respectful of our property and landscaping. Lots of flowerbeds, plants, and bushes along the house! We would absolutely hire them again for other projects. Very happy with the quality of work, and the peace of mind it brings us.
I truly had a great experience with Lakeland. They were professional, experts in their field, and I felt comfortable with all their workers. They were also very clean and conscious about the work area.
From the very start Lakeland Exteriors & Roofing exceeded my expectations. Their owner Derek Rolison personally came to my home to assess the work needed. He could have made the sales pitch like other companies did about how I should put a new roof on my house but instead he gave me a couple of options that prolonged the life of my roof for pennies on the dollar.
