Highly recommend Lakeland. They provided good quality at a competitive price. It was a pleasure working with Derek; he was honest with no pressure sales. The installation team was impressive. Brian and his roofing team and gutter team were excellent! They were on time, arrived on their scheduled days, contacted me when a rain day occurred to reschedule asap and called again after everything was installed to make sure my husband and myself were happy with their work. I had scheduled consults with 6 roofing companies total. I had such a great experience with Lakeland, I highly recommend them. I just bought my house last year so beyond having a roofer address a specific issue, I wanted everything checked out. Derek visited my home quickly after my initial call, he thoroughly evaluated the roof and then focused only on the work that needed be done (all of which was visible). The entire process from scheduling a roof replacement to the completion was seamless and actually enjoyable. The bid was competitive and Derek was able to schedule my work within a reasonable time frame. The team was courteous as they worked hard on a hot day to finish my roof. We hired Lakeland Exteriors to repair several leaks in our gutters. Even though it was a small job they sent someone out promptly, provided a fair estimate and completed the job timely. we were very pleased.
