Get directionsExceptional Care and an Extraordinary Team Our family is deeply grateful for the outstanding care my father received during his three‑month stay at this skilled nursing Post‑Acute facility in Lakeport. From the very beginning, it was clear that safety, dignity, and compassion were at the heart of everything they do. Every member of the team played an essential role with a goal for a recovery -- the executive director, doctors, nurses, assistant nurses, social worker, nutritional staff, physical therapy team, and the front ... read more
Wonderful staff from Deb in kitchen ( larger portions would be nice) to all the CNAs amd RN,s ery good experience They even let me bring my PS5 in my room to play on What good people. Oh and OCCUPATIONAL AND PHYSICAL THERAPIST are the best.
You are not going to find a better Physical Therapy team than Shobla's. I spent 3 months with her and her team and not only improved my physical abilities, I was treated with respect, kindness, good humor and learned many skills that are useful now that I am at home. My heartfelt thanks! The kitchen manager, Debbie, loves her work and it showed in her immediate attention to every request. The nurses were professional, kind, devoted to providing the best care: Catherine, Jasmine, Alex, Donna, George, Lynda and Michael. Tha... read more
I wish there was a way to give zero stars; however, the one star is valid due to Kimberly from social services who is the only good part of Lakeport Post Acute. Standing at the nurses station the staff were swearing and talking crap about th... read more
My Mom was there for about a month and lost a significant amount of weight. The food smelled foul and was inedible. I reported them to the state and they lied their way through the inspection. DON'T SEND ANYONE YOU CARE ABOUT HERE.I WILL POST MORE OF OUR EXPERIENCE IN THE COMING DAYS.
This is a joke of a healthcare facility. My grandma was there for less than 12 hours before we pulled her out. This place needs to be shut down or have a whole new staff hired because they are heartless and unprofessional.
