We recently upgraded to a new 320 Gallon propane tank. The process was smooth from start to finish - working with Janice to size what would be most appropriate for our needs to scheduling and Mike's install. Great customer service! I highly recommend.
They used to be Great, but in the last 2yrs - customer service, & communication is terrible. We had an emergency, and literally it was terrible on their part no help at all, said we will be there in morning, never showed, called a 8a, the office had no idea said she call back never did so i called back again, said she get in touch with driver still she never called me back, i have left at least 2 messages- still no call back & we have had no gas for almost 24hrs...
I usually don't write reviews but something just isn't adding up with this company anymore. This is the 2nd time I've paid COD to get my tank filled, only problem is it isn't getting filled. This is a 12% difference, last time was 15%. The only explanation I got was due to weather being cold the first time, 2nd time no explanation at all except its because I decide to pay cash?! I asked if the gauge on my tank could be bad and Janice says they can come check it in a few weeks. Ill be using this tank of propane and switching ... read more
They show up within a few days of placing an order...just call them when you're at 30%.. leave a check under the lid on the tank. Simple! And pleasant...good job
Called on Monday for lp. Was told they would be here by Thursday...its now Friday and they tell us by next week Tuesday. Have had multiple problems with them. Its the middle of summer and your 15 miles away!
