I’ve been a Lakes Gas customer for many years and have always been very happy with their service. Recently converted to a 120 gal tank from two 100 lb tanks and again found everyone involved to be knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful. The price was very good as well.

Called ahead to see if someone would be onsite to fill a couple propane tanks and the office said yes somebody would be here. I then mentioned I would be there in 15 minutes. Once I arrived the office informed me no one was on sight and when I asked why I was told on the phone someone would be there. The office stated we are an active propane company and do not wait on customers. I found a competitor in Chippewa Falls more than willing to fill my tanks and customer service was great.

Awesome service!! Have a motorhome with an onboard smaller tank, in a semi permanent spot. No other propane dealer even considered helping me with a fill up ( many lame excuses 🤬) not only did they immediately say they could help, but dropped everything and followed me to the site!! Highly highly recommend them!!!

Beware of this company they are horrible. Their prices are way higher than others. They charge a "rental fee" to use one of their tanks no matter how many gallons you use. If you have any gallons left over after a pre buy they only give you half of the value. The office lady is also moody.

Called Lakes Gas to repair a pinched buried copper LP gas line. They charged almost $580 to splice a 12 inch piece of copper. It took them 4 hours. Way too expensive.
