RIP OFF I calles the company they arrived as said they would when the guy got in my home he sat down told me he would need to take my laptop back to the office to fix.... ok...! a week later I had to call them for the update he said he would drop it back off they couldnt fix it... so for that I had to pay them over a 100.00.... not happy! :-( a week later i took my laptop to my computer guy out in east hartford his name is tom... he fixed my computer for 40.00 dollers.... understand that i think its just a rip off get your m... read more
On The Fly Computer Guy was awesome for me! They were awesome for me. Came out same day, fixed my computer, got my data back, and it is running better than ever. A few days later still running great. And they were cheaper than anyone else out there. I'd highly recommend On The Fly Computer Guy.
let the buyer beware unbelievably bad... I am in the process of taking legal action against them. these people never heard of the americans with disabilities act. 300.00 later still a problem with the computer.
Why risk a horrible experience? This company claims to be reputable and efficient at what they do. In reality, the technician sent to my house spent an hour and a half trying to get my wireless running. When I would ask for updates he would tell me that the wireless was up but that he was checking "signal strength." After the hour and a half the technician told me that my modem was too old and that he expected payment of $106.00 for his "services."
