We purchased our house 2 years ago and the prior people had been using Lakes Gas so we decided to use them as well. I'll be honest looking at the reviews I'm not sure what was going on 6+ years ago but we have had nothing but AWESOME service. I had lived in the city before and had never used propane before so I had a lot of questions and every time I call no matter who answers the phone they are patient and kind. Bought home with Lakes Gas tank and unfortunately didn’t make the previous owners remove it before closing. Lying cheating horrible propane company. They want you to leave cash under the hood of your tank so any meth head can steal it. You prepay for X amount of gallons and they give you less. Rude A-holes for employees. Had Polk Burnett before and I’d highly recommend them. They give you 30 days to pay or charge interest on balance. You can pay via bill pay with eft and I can get my bill and receipts digitally.
