Paid the propane bill the day I received it, but they initially didn’t give me credit for the prompt payment, like their contract and the bill states; thought it was going to cost me another $26, but the bills crossed in the mail, and they gave me credit for paying early. Their service was timely, office staff always friendly. Great people to work with!
By far the best propane supplier in the area. They do what 3 other companies in the area apparently can't do. Answer calls, make return calls and get an emergency propane delivery made day of. I appreciate them so much.

We have been a Loyal customer to Lakes Gas for over a decade for both our home and our business. We are happy with their customer service and the fact that they listen to our needs.
Been a customer for a couple years now. Yesterday, 4:15PM put in a request for delivery - was at 28/29% so I could have easily gone for several more weeks. 8:30AM this morning driver was at my tank! Middle of February! I live in the boonies. My driveway, off of the seldom used county road, is a half mile long and uphill. Great service. Kudos, Lakes Gas!
