Lakes Gas service is fantastic! They care about you and their brand. We purchased a home with an existing propane tank and did not know who to call to remove an old tank. I contacted 5 other propane companies and the experience was frustrating, not helpful, an electronic routing nightmare, and I wasted a day on the phone. The last company on my list was Lakes Gas. Paid the propane bill the day I received it, but they initially didn’t give me credit for the prompt payment, like their contract and the bill states; thought it was going to cost me another $26, but the bills crossed in the mail, and they gave me credit for paying early. Their service was timely, office staff always friendly. Great people to work with!
Being new to propane, when I ran out of propane after heating a construction addition, they filled my tank the same day and suggested getting a monitor added so I didn’t have to go outside and check the level regularly.
