Wow, I am so glad that I switched over to Lakes Gas. I got the chance to interact with Jeannette at the Shawano office and John in person. Both were very friendly and easy to talk to. The customer service that this company offers is already wonderful. Jeannette was very helpful, quick, and efficient with my paperwork. All my questions were answered from both employees. I can’t say enough about the customer focused philosophy of Lakes Gas. I was having an overall awful experience with another local L.P. gas company. I called Lakes Gas and shared my concerns.
