Damon and Matt were here promptly at 8:15 like they said they would. Very professional young men with smiles on their faces makes me truly believe they love their job. Installing the tank into the back yard and filling went flawless. I recommend Damon and Matt for any job from Lakes Gas. Was a pleasure doing business with them and lake gas. The staff at Lakes Gas was very professional. They answered all our questions accurately. Damon came out and set the tank, hooked it up, leak checked and was finished. Molly in the office was very friendly and knowledgeable in handling our account. I would highly recommend Lakes Gas out of pardeeville to handle your propane needs. Thank You, Damon and Molly.
Molly was great to deal with! I moved and called the LOCAL (3 miles away) company to have them fill the tank. Couldn't pull off inside of our first month and tank was below 10 percent. Called and spoke with Molly on a Thursday. They were there the following Monday from Pardeeville with a new filled tank! Thank you guys! I forget the installers name but it was Mollys husband! What a great team! 👍🏼🇺🇸
Molly in the office is very disrespectful to customers. Molly also lied to my daughter in law about her account. Have never had any one talk to us in such a manner i myself was embarrassed for the company. We are filing a complaint. I would NOT recommend talking to Molly. We also had an issue with the gage reading 30% but it was empty. Molly decided to tell us today there was never anything wrong with the gage and she knows because she's been here? I think not.
