This is the kind of company you want to work with! As my needs were expanding with the addition of my business demand Derek and his team were outstanding in every respect. They increased my tankage, ran additional supply lines and did it all on time irrespective of the physical constraints of my lot. As a 4 year customer I've had the best service I could have hoped for - and enjoy the wonderful people that work for them.
Would give it no stars if I could schedule two weeks in advance to have propane tank installed on Wednesday furnace went in on Monday. They showed up at 8 o’clock. They were scheduled for 11 with the wrong tank. Apparently they had a paperwork mixup driver said salesman. Koll waited all day. Salesman never called. Called him back still never answered till the next day then he apologized and said well it may be another week until we could get out there. Overall I have had solid service from Lakes Gas. I am most appreciative of their quick delivery time when my tank is low. And they do so without additional fees. Updated 3/2022 - Chuck is amazing and goes out of his way to take care of us.
