Would give it no stars if I could schedule two weeks in advance to have propane tank installed on Wednesday furnace went in on Monday. They showed up at 8 o’clock. They were scheduled for 11 with the wrong tank. Apparently they had a paperwork mixup driver said salesman. Koll waited all day. Salesman never called. Called him back still never answered till the next day then he apologized and said well it may be another week until we could get out there. Overall I have had solid service from Lakes Gas. I am most appreciative of their quick delivery time when my tank is low. And they do so without additional fees. Updated 3/2022 - Chuck is amazing and goes out of his way to take care of us.
The team at my local Lakes Gas is great to work with - from the team in the office to team out in the field. All of them are outstanding and genuinely seem driven to make sure their customers are happy. There are a number of propane options in the Green Bay area.....do yourself a favor and give the team at Lakes Gas a try. They have earned my business.
