Your company should impress upon your delivery drivers that driveways are not public property and they cannot just use someone else’s property as they wish. While standing in MY driveway on private property, loading my disabled child into his van for school, one of your drivers pulled right in behind us, blocking the school van in and unable to leave even though I waved my arms at him and told him to get out of my driveway. Never have I ever had a delivery driver toss a bill at me leave my gate open or demand that we stay home during the 5 day window of delivery so I'm available to open my gate. If gas was not a necessity they would surely be out of business. I would certainly recommend Ferrel as an alternative when you tire of the constant rudeness.

Auto delivery after 5 years stopped unannounced. With babies in the house. Also, wants CASH ON DELIVERY without notice. Never missed a payment in addition to pre buying. Do not recommend! I will be putting our money into a different company come spring.

Outrageous cost for emergency deliveries! Long wait 3 to 5 days for delivery when you call for a delivery even when out of gas unless you pay their outrageous next day or two day delivery cost!!
