Stephanie was awesome to work with, very knowledgeable and professional. Recommended lakes gas over all the other propane companys in the iron range. No crazy fees unlike others and actually responsive unlike other companies. Very happy to be signed up with lakes gas! Even got a goodie bag!

We are getting a new furnace installed and our installer recommended Lakes Gas. The tank was delivered last Wednesday and we were told that they would try to be back Thursday to fill it and if not Thursday then for sure Friday. It was not filled and calls to the office went unanswered because a key employee was gone for a day or two. An employee should be able to leave and feel confident that issues are tended to. Great company, delivery drivers are very nice. Prompt delivery. However their office hours seem to be in transition and it’s difficult to know when they will be open and when they are closed. I went at 10am on a Friday and their office was closed???? That is frustrating for people like me who pay before they get propane. Also, the paint on my propane tank (which they provided) is breaking down (I expect after so much time past).
