1 bed, 1 bath I recently moved in. On move-in day, the apartment was clean and smelled very nice! The apartment is spacious and the renovations look great. I think I’m going to love living here. Also, Hailey and others in the office were awesome throughout the process!

Lakes of Chateau South The Lakes of Chateau South apartments are a dream to live in! All the neighbors are nice. The community is safe and gated. The apartments themselves are nice with high ceilings, large walk-in closets, and garden tub in the bathroom! The grounds are beautiful with lakes ,natural wild life, mini golf course, pools, and fitness center! I love living here!
Very good apartments These apartments are very well kept. The front office staff and maintenance staff are very friendly and helpful. Maintenance is fast, they get things fixed as soon as possible. The grounds and ponds are very nice, clean and well kept. I think the only negative I have is the prices a little high in my opinion. Overall it's a good, quiet place to live and I would recommend The Lakes of Chateau Estates South.
Best choice I ever made Let me start by saying the ground are well kept. You couldn't ask for a better scenic view walking out side of your apartment. The staff here is very respectful and helpful. I love my new home everything looks new and is working in perfect order. The pools are always clean and the community is quiet. However I would like to see some addtions to the gym. Besides that I couldn't ask for anything better for this price.
