0 stars to this place. They will quote you a price then after you pay them the earnest money they add extra fees. Get everythign in writing before you give them any money. BUYER BEWARE!!

I am giving one star because the maintenance department was great! If possible I would give a zero if it were not for them! They did the best they could under the bad office managers. I lived at these apartments for a couple of years, only because it took so long to get enough money to move out. Please listen to me, you will need to save about $500.00 extra because after you actually move into your new place The Lakes of Northdale will send you a bill. The office staff is nice enough. But for the past 3 months I've told everybody in the office, and a maintenance person, that I have rodents living inside my wall. I took a photo of the hole which they gnawed to gain access. Several times per day I hear scratching, and some vocal noises. The lease office tells me they noted the situation, and that they once had an animal person. I even left a message with the corporate office with no word back. This community sucks for the price, I lived here for a short time and I've worked in property management for a long time. you pay 1,400.00 for a 2 bedroom thats old. Nothing is including and your surround by old people!! This is not a family community. No matter what updates they make its still old. The first week of moving in everything broke , AC , Shower everything!!! and out side there snakes every where. Dear Lakes of Northdale, please advise your tenants that on a Saturday night during the biggest parade in the southeast, Gaspirilla, perhaps the two Cops, who banged down my door and woke me up in the middle of the night to inform me my neighbor felt my television was too loud, have more important tasks to which to tend. This is proving to be an epidemic behavior of the tenets of Lakes of Northdale.
