The quality of healthcare and attention to detail provided by this facility is exceptional. Every aspect of the patient experience is seamless, most notably the ease of scheduling appointments, minimal wait times, and the accessibility of the office staff. Dr. Skaria and the entire team are highly professional, remarkably personable, and deeply committed to patient care. The Lakeview system is streamlined and geared to serve the patient. I used to dread visiting doctors before signing up with Lakeview. Not anymore.

Dr. Skaria is knowledgeable as well as extremely competent. He makes certain I always understand why he comes to the conclusion he does then we work together on a plan of attack so to speak, to get me well again! I love that! Doctor Chang and his team are thorough with their examinations and diagnosis. They don't hesitate to refer to the appropriate specialist if needed. They have an excellent follow up process to be sure each prescribed test, scan, referral etc. was completed. If you call their office with a medical issue, your concerns will be logged and forwarded to the appropriate staff and you can usually count on a return call to you by end of day or sooner.
