Honestly this office is below 0 stars. This office sucks!!! For a first time patient this was beyond unacceptable. I get there early. My appointment was at 1:25. Here it is like 2:10,I go to the front and ask him, did he get me checked in? He told me, yes, I am next. more people is still getting called before me. Said 6 months out on primary care even though I have top tier insurance lady on phone was extremely rude like I didn’t matter. She is on my primary care provider list but lady insisted she didn’t accept my insurance very upset
Dr.Bisht is great if you can see him. Unfortunately, this practice is now overburdened and understaffed. The office staff frequently attempts to delegate requests for visits to other office staff such as nurse practitioners. Recently my husband visited with severe coughing and cold symptoms. He was sent home with prescriptions that conflict with other medications he takes. The LPN seemed clueless about the conflicts and I had to recommend a simple google search to figure it out. I was seen promptly for my 1 o'clock appointment . Doctor Bisht and his staff were great in checking vitals, renewing my Rx, reviewing my general health and any concerns. Orders for upcoming tests and next appointment were handled with care. This was my second visit with Dr. Bisht after having had a long time relationship with my former doctor. I am happy with the practice and my "new" doctor.
