I was greeted by a friendly receptionist. My wait was minimal. Doctor Bateri was very personable, smiling and friendly when he greeted me. Great first impression! He really listened to me as if interested, not just another number. He reiterated his concerns that I realize he is always available. He gave me his nurses card for contacting him. Lakeview Healthcare systems docs are excellent. I have been fortunate to have DrBisht, Dr.Tandon, Dr. Chesner as my docs. What I like about the docs is the fact they are detail oriented, care about their patients , give a patient hearing to our issues and provide the best treatment. The front desk as well as the Assistants are amazing. Friendly, always ready to help. Glad I found this set of docs when I moved from NJ . Dr Bisht and the staff at the Mt Dora offices have proven to be a best fit for our healthcare needs as seniors. They’ve a pretty efficient support function in all aspects of general / internal primary care. And, a walk-in process when an urgent care need presents itself. We’re glad Dr Bisht is here in Lake County. He’s a friendly fellow and takes time to get to know us better on every visit. We feel he real cares about our wellbeing.
I absolutely love the staff and doctors here. My main doctors are Dr Bisht and Dr Chesner. I have had visits with other doctors and nurse practitioners as well. I love the fact that my doctors are all in one practice and they connect with each other about my care. They have all gone above and beyond any other practice I have dealt with in the past. Megan and Kristen are amazing. They always listen and make themselves available
