Dr Cheema was an improvement over our first primary cars physician assigned to us at another facility. Had blood work done and saw some elevated numbers on my portal. Called the office a week after the results were available and no follow up. No response to my phone request so I sent an email through the portal. Again, no response a day later. There are always promises that a doctor’s office/facility will provide excellent care but at Lakeview Healthcare System, promises are kept. Dr. Khai Chang and his nurses,, Monica, Stephen, Amanda and Jackie (to name just a few), Stephanie (manager), and all staff members offer professional, personal care. The health services go way beyond a usual doctor’s office. There aren’t enough accolades for Dr. Khai Chang and his staff.
Dr. Chang takes the time necessary to review your data from all sources, including blood work, scans, other referred doctors, etc. He uses those inputs to support diagnosing and discussing your current health status and how to maintain and improve it. Excellent primary care is his specialty.
The physician assistants & office staff and don’t know what they are doing. The lie to you and they will miss manage your files. Delay your treatment for over a year and try to cover their tracks. Do not go to these doctors. They do not care for their patients.
Dr. Tasneem Cheema is a very qualified primary care doctor. We have been going to Lake side Medical since 2018.
