I had to wait almost an hour after my appointment time to see the doctor, but the practitioners are busy here because they're good. The staff obviously has a lot to handle, and were still very pleasant and helpful.
There are always promises that a doctor’s office/facility will provide excellent care but at Lakeview Healthcare System, promises are kept. Dr. Khai Chang and his nurses,, Monica, Stephen, Amanda and Jackie (to name just a few), Stephanie (manager), and all staff members offer professional, personal care. The health services go way beyond a usual doctor’s office. There aren’t enough accolades for Dr. Khai Chang and his staff.
I have been coming here for 20 years. I trust Dr Chang and love his assistant Stephanie. She is very helpful and knowledgeable. They make a good working team.
Lab draw appointment this morning. The lady at the reception desk was kind and pleasant. Brittany drew my labs. She was worth getting up early for! She started my day off filled with joy. Left with a smile on my face and heart! Brittany is also a great phlebotomist, almost forgot that part :-)
I wanted to comment on the excellent service by Brittany with the blood sample taken today. Obviously she knows her job and does that well. It goes beyond that. Last night after office hours I saw her in the parking lot ready to go home. I stopped her to ask a question about a blood test I wanted done. She not only answered that, but set up the procedure with Stefanie to be done today, When I went in the office, Stefanie greeted me by name and told me all the particulars that Brittany had passed on to her.
