Sure wish Dr Knanna would leave this office. I really like her. But the office staff is in CHOAS. First appointment went great set an appointment I was early. Set for 45 min. Went to the window and asked what was the problem she said let me check, gave them my name 5 times. After talking around the girl at window straight in front door had checked me "out" instead of in. Almost missed my surgery date for my eyes because the office sat on the referral for two weeks! I had to make an appointment drive down get it approved and sent to insurance so I could have my eye surgery the next day. The person helping me said it never should of taken that long. I had sent several messages to the doctor about the referral and nothing , no response nothing done. This should of never happen especially being I warned them of my surgery aprouching
Dr Ashley Khanna is very unprofessional, arrogant, and will yell at you and put her finger in your face if she does not like what you have to say. I have NEVER seen a doctor act so unprofessional. I did not like her attitude the first time I met her, but thought I would give it a chance. She is young and has not learned how to talk to patients. I will tell everyone I know about her.
Had a great visit with Dr. Khanna today. She is very thorough and understands my needs. Her MA Sarah is always kind and pleasant.
This one star review has been on my mind since the morning of July 9, 2025 at the Leesburg location. It was my appointment with the labs for venipuncture. My appointment was for 9am and I probably was there 20 minutes early. Big mistake as it was pretty chilly in the always packed waiting room and I am a difficult stick! So the cold temperature did not prepare my arms for that probing needle.
