Have had 1 good experience in an appointment with Dr. Ajalla who was nice and acted with kindness and respect as any doctor should. However the office recently put in an AI bot to replace their front desk and it is remarkably inefficient and unhelpful in just about every way. But what’s worse than that was asking for a representative and getting one that misunderstood me and told me the doctor I saw there 2 weeks prior didn’t even work at that office. Sure wish Dr Knanna would leave this office. I really like her. But the office staff is in CHOAS. First appointment went great set an appointment I was early. Set for 45 min. Went to the window and asked what was the problem she said let me check, gave them my name 5 times. After talking around the girl at window straight in front door had checked me "out" instead of in. Dr. Khanna is a horrible and arrogant child. I accompanied my mother to her appointment and this woman talked to me like I was human garbage when I tried to explain what my mother was going through. My mom is always complaining about her and saying she wants a different doctor. It's definitely time for her to find a CARING doctor. Dr. Khanna is not one.
Dr Ashley Khanna is very unprofessional, arrogant, and will yell at you and put her finger in your face if she does not like what you have to say. I have NEVER seen a doctor act so unprofessional. I did not like her attitude the first time I met her, but thought I would give it a chance. She is young and has not learned how to talk to patients. I will tell everyone I know about her.
Had a great visit with Dr. Khanna today. She is very thorough and understands my needs. Her MA Sarah is always kind and pleasant.
