We always have very positive and pleasant experience at this office. Today ( April 21, 2026) it was special, the nurse who drew our blood was not only highly skilled but also genuinely kind and pleasant. She drew our blood with great care and professionalism, and made the process smooth and comfortable. I unfortunately do not recall her name, but her calm manner and attention to detail made a real difference in my visit. I’m at the fern ln. location in Leesburg. The front desk staff is a joke, no knowledge of the work they are supposed to be doing. Very argumentative with a superior attitude. We will be canceling all appointments after this one. I’m sick of the healthcare system in Central Florida, it seems it’s all about how much they can bill Medicare and how many present day they can push.
