Lakewood Emergency Room was EXCEPTIONAL! They were welcoming, very professional, clean, organized, and informative. They quickly got to the bottom of the issue and sorted out the problem; with Naomi, Rebecca, Sam, and Dr. Rosalund being the stars of the show. I am very grateful for each of their help.
I’m Cordell’s wife and patient at Lakewood ER, Abigail was the young lady who received and registered me in. She was very nice and prompt. Stacey did an awesome job in getting all my vitals and information for Dr. Shah to manage my care. Thank you Dr. Shah for your compassionate care and the empathy and patience’s with using the abeuterol. I appreciate the advice and recommendations you gave me. Brought my wife hire the other day at around midnight for food poisoning.From Jazmin at the front desk to the nurse crystal and to dr. Vela amazing service. We didn’t have to deal with the normal long waiting time from a normal ER. They took care of us right away. Everyone was very friendly and caring. Definitely recommend this place to anyone
Sandra front desk was very efficient & kind! Rebecca the nurse was very fast, kind & knowledgeable. Miguel the tech was very friendly and welcoming to my son & made him feel very comfortable while testing him for all the things. Dr. Craigmiles was very professional, kind, & had perfect bedside manners! Will defiantly recommend & come back to this facility!!
Cindy, Naomi, Sierra, Miguel, Stacey, Jessica, Dr. Heidenhofer & Dr. Mohammed were all extremely patient, kind and professional. (Two different visits) Everyone took the time to truly listen to my concerns. I am very glad to have found Lakewood ER only 10 minutes from my home. The facility was very clean, also.
