Lakewood Emergency Room was EXCEPTIONAL! They were welcoming, very professional, clean, organized, and informative. They quickly got to the bottom of the issue and sorted out the problem; with Naomi, Rebecca, Sam, and Dr. Rosalund being the stars of the show. I am very grateful for each of their help.

If I could make Dr Laura Craigmiles my daily physician I’d travel an hour to see her. I need immediate care for facial pain and knew I couldn’t sit in a hospital ER so I went to Lakewood ER. The service they provided me was excellent and even overnight care. She ensured I went home with all the medical I needed and that I knew all follow up details. I will always come back here for immediate care needs!

This Emergency Room is amazing. they get your information they get you in they check you in you never have to wait for hours to get in there I've gotten quickly, hey help you they listen to you and they treat you fairly and they go above and beyond to be generous and to find out what's going on and to help! I’ve never had such a poor experience at a hospital before. I asked for a doctor’s note (after going in for a serious medical condition) and the nurse practitioner told me that would be me “gaming the system.” He also told me that the condition I came in for wasn’t “urgent enough” to be seen (I was having serious side effects from medication). I’ve never felt so insulted. Please do yourself a favor and go to any other emergency room in the vicinity and not this one.

Fantastic experience here. Very friendly and professional staff. Everyone from the Dr to the nurses to the receptionist were welcoming and helpful. I of course hope we never have to go back but if we do I would. Note that this is not the cheapest option but you get what you pay for...clean and up to date facility, little to no wait, friendly and professional staff and very high quality service
