Dr Binstock and the Oncology team have been providing us with the best care we could ask for. We were at 2 other Veterinary Oncology practices before LVS 1 which closed and the other will remain nameless, and while we liked the Dr, they just seemed way over priced for the short visits. Dr Binstock takes the time to sit with us and discuss treatment options with out making us feel rushed. The entire staff are very friendly and caring. Thank you for taking great care of our Luna.
I recently took my Corgi due to him having SIBO to this practice to have a check up on his condition as it has been about 5 years since first diagnosed. All but $3000 later the feedback I received from a nurse was that he should be given a prescription dog food. The veterinarian never contacted me to go over his case which I feel is extremely poor considering I had a lot of questions. LVS was on my list of places our vet was referring us to for my pups hurt leg. From the moment we walked in the door they were amazing the smiles at the front desks the nurses and even the surgeon herself. They took amazing care of my Frenchie. My kitten had an ovarian remnant that needed removed, and we had to be referred to a specialist, I'm so glad I picked the surgery team at Lancaster Veterinary Specialties! Dr. Compton and the rest of the staff were wonderful. The doctor laid out all of the possible treatment options, and when I decided on surgery, went through exactly what would happen, and answered all of my questions. Well where to start with the many things that went wrong. First my less then a year old cat. She had to have a shunt put in and get stayed. When I made the appoinment it was for her to get a ultasound done. Nope, had to starve my cat, just so we can talk about what we need to do. Then, had to go back for the ultasound. Then a separate appointment had to be made to talk about the results. Every time had to make her fast.
