Excellent experience! The staff was incredibly nice, Dr. Grau was professional and clear with what would occur during my root canal. I was as comfortable as someone could be during a root canal 😂 no pain during and just general tenderness after. They even called later that day to check in on how I was doing! Highly recommend Land of Lakes!
Front desk staff was very friendly and patient with our insurance issue. The dental assistant was also very friendly. The dentist was amazing! I explained that my son normally has a very negative reaction to having dental work done (he is 9 and needs a root canal) and the dentist went out of his way to explain everything to him to prepare him and try to set his mind at ease.
Dr Grau and his staff are amazing! From the moment you walk in the door, you know you're going to be taken care of! Dr Grau and his assistant made sure I was doing OK through the entire retreating of a root canal, which turned out to take longer than expected . It was pretty infected! I just had novocaine, and I didn't feel a thing! That's pretty Awesome! He even called me later to check to see how I was doing! That's how much he cares about his patients! Well, I needed a root canal. So naturally I was filled with anxiety and depression. But the team took great care of me. I’m not going to lie- it was a root canal. But I bet it could’ve been way way worse! Will I be back??? God, I hope not! But the Doctor did call me later in the evening to check on me and I can chew again! So 5 stars all around! And everyone was very friendly even if I wasn’t (because of the anxiety)
I had a root canal cleaned out. I was little worried on how it would go but everything went well and no pain at any point and the proceedure went well. I had my doctor put the post in the day after with no issues. Went about as smooth as it could go. Dr. Grau even personally called me later that day to see how I was feeling which I thought was nice of him. I would recommend LOLE anytime!
