Everyone here was so wonderful! They were all very welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable. I felt well taken care of all around! My emergency RC was a great success! They were also able to get me in earlier than initially scheduled! Dr Grau even called to check in on me that evening! I had a great experience from start to finish!
Great experience from beginning to end. Everyone was professional, clear, organized, and personable. The team here seemed experienced and highly qualified. I appreciated how everything was explained from the billing to the procedure, to aftercare instructions. My take away from my root canal visit this week was that this group not only knows what they are doing, they genuinely care about what they do. I would refer anyone to Land 0’ Lakes.
Everyone at the dental office were so nice and so helpful. I went in for my root canal, although not a fun time, Dr Grau and his assistant were great. They both made you feel comfortable and did a great job. On top of that my husband needed a root canal also and they made time for him to get his root canal done that same day so that we didn’t have to make another city trip. We were so pleased. I was pleasantly surprised how easily my root canal went. I had very little pain after as well. Everyone was very easygoing but professional. Dr. Grau even checked in with me in the evening! I was a little concerned with the number of X-rays it took to get a good image, but I know it’s important.
Had to have an emergency root canal done. My regular dentist office couldn’t do it so they called all over to find someone that could. Luckily Land O Lakes Endodontics was able to squeeze me in at the end of the day. The Dentist and his assistant were so kind. They did an amazing job, pain free! Thank you for your expert attention and for fixing my tooth without any pain!
