Everyone was very friendly and put me at ease. The staff explained what they were planning to do and went over what actually was done after my procedure. Everyone was very professional. Then to my surprise, Dr Grau gave me a follow-up call later that evening to check on how I was doing. I would recommend this provider to anyone.
A very nice experience at Land of Lakes. The people working there are very friendly and knowledgeable. Dr Grau was right to the point and got right down to business. His assistant was also very receptive to any questions I had and made me feel at ease about my procedure. I would recommend Land of Lakes Endodontics to anyone looking for good place to have dental work done.
I can honestly say this was the easiest root canal experience I could have hoped for. The staff was welcoming and professional, and they took the time to explain what was happening so I felt comfortable going into the procedure. It was quick, smooth, and much less intimidating than I expected. I’m very happy with the care I received and would recommend this office to anyone.
What an excellent opportunity to leave a review. Awesome dental facility with the best staff, assistants and the dentist himself. All I can say is wow. Went in for a root canal and had not one issue with the procedure. No pain at all. Later that afternoon the actual dentist called to check on me, not an assistant. The day after, still no pain anywhere not even at the points of shots given. I would highly recommend this dentist. Maybe offer a Veterans Discount?
The staff was amazing. They took such good care of me and explained in detail what steps were going to happen during the procedure and explained the payment and what insurance coved. Taking it a step further, Dr Grau called me after to check up on me and to see if I had any questions. I highly recommend Land of Lakes Endodontics.
