5 stars all the way for Landis Pools! The design turned out fantastic, and the entire team was professional, transparent, and easy to work with from start to finish. Whenever minor issues popped up during the pool and cage build, they resolved them immediately without hesitation. What impressed us most was their attention to detail at the end their final quality checklist was even more thorough than ours. Highly recommend them to anyone planning a build!
We are in the “pool school” stage of our backyard pool project right now & we have had the best experience with landis pools. Everyone on the team is extremely helpful and friendly. The communication is great as well. This was our first time putting in a pool and it can all seem so stressful with so many moving parts to it. But they made the whole thing very stress free for us. Landis Pools did a fabulous job building our pool. We couldn't be happier with the experience. Melanie was fantastic in helping us with great ideas for the pool design. This was our first pool so we had many questions. She took the time to answer everything for us. We wanted more than a basic pool. She helped create our unique beautiful pool and hot tub that we love to look at every day. She was very patient and showed us she really cared about how important this was for us. Harrison Miller has always been very professional... read more
We are extremely happy with our new pool and spa from landis. Melanie was so helpful every step, helping us design our dream pool, then doing amazing feats to make it fit in the tight space we had! I’m forever grateful ❤️ She replied quickly when we had questions and made us comfortable through each phase of the project. Harrison managed our project, keeping our finish date on track, and couldn’t have been more reliable and professional. Very much a pleasure to work with. He knows the industry well. We are going to... read more
