I scheduled an appointment with Eduardo and arrived prepared with the required documents. However, I was never seen by him. Instead, another employee approached me in the lobby and asked why I was there. I like this location there has always been a women She has helped me so much with my account and my dad’s as well. She is incredibly nice humble and always patient. I really appreciate the way she explains everything. I really like the way they treat you here, very friendly people, in and out and outstanding service! They have a very nice option when you qualify for a certain checking account 😉, check it out ! There seems to me that some people who are unhappy here are probably in a big hurry or are just hard to please, what a list of complainers! 😪 if only we were so perfect,landmark your doing great! Don’t do business with these people!! They’ll trap you in a bad loan, block your payment methods, and start tacking on the late fees. Would rather pay a higher rate than ever have a loan here again. Tried HARD with customer service and got nowhere.
I have to warn everyone to be careful when using Landmark, especially if they plan on banking with them as a business. I have had a bad experience with them. First off, they have way too many fees. Also, I asked them for help a couple of times, and I got little to no help. I would not recommend Landmark Credit Union for anyone. There are better options out there if you need business banking that are actually user-friendly. I don’t know if it’s just the service I got but this bank is a no-go for me.
