They took away the ability to make auto loan payments using a card, that feature was taken away at the beginning of this month and I received no notice from them on this. I've been financing my car with them for two years and never received any notification of this large change happening. In the future, I will not utilize Landmark for any auto loans, or banking.
I have been with Landmark for about 8 years and I like the no fees and the accessibility through the app of my accounts. I have received a car loan through Landmark and was happy with the process. I will stay with Landmark!!
If you’d like to bank with them I suggest going to one of they’re smaller branches this branch is filled with people who just don’t want to do they’re job I went to go open my own checking and a checking for my sons ssi as his representative I was there 3 times yesterday I got the papers she all needed then on the last time I was there got there at 4:25 they said all the papers I had were right! Then her next excuse (after she sat in the office next door for 30 minutes) on to why I couldn’t open account was because of money ... read more
This bank is a joke and all the people working there are incompetent…I schedule a appointment and when my schedule time came, the incompetent bank personnel scheduled several people for same time, make that make sense…A whole bunch of idiots…
I am not a customer here, but I have had some business to do here as part of an estate. They have been extremely helpful and efficient. I have met with LUIS at this branch a number of times to get things done, and he has been so easy to work with and always followed through with anything I needed. I would definitely consider becoming a customer the next time I have a banking need, given this experience!
