I scheduled an appointment with Eduardo and arrived prepared with the required documents. However, I was never seen by him. Instead, another employee approached me in the lobby and asked why I was there. I explained that I had spoken with a representative at the Bayview branch who confirmed what I needed was possible and that I simply needed to bring documentation. I arrived with the simple goal of opening a savings account, but I luckily had the opportunity of being introduced and assisted by Amareli who was SUPER SUPER helpful and educated! Overall, my interaction with Amareli was truthfully the best I ever had with a bank employee. She helped me open up an account that benefited me based on my goals as I described to her. She also educated me on the many other benefits of being a Landmark account holder that I did not know of previously. Muchas Gracias Amareli!

I like this location there has always been a women She has helped me so much with my account and my dad’s as well. She is incredibly nice humble and always patient. I really appreciate the way she explains everything. I really like the way they treat you here, very friendly people, in and out and outstanding service! They have a very nice option when you qualify for a certain checking account 😉, check it out ! There seems to me that some people who are unhappy here are probably in a big hurry or are just hard to please, what a list of complainers! 😪 if only we were so perfect,landmark your doing great!
