I arrived with the simple goal of opening a savings account, but I luckily had the opportunity of being introduced and assisted by Amareli who was SUPER SUPER helpful and educated! Overall, my interaction with Amareli was truthfully the best I ever had with a bank employee. She helped me open up an account that benefited me based on my goals as I described to her. I scheduled an appointment with Eduardo and arrived prepared with the required documents. However, I was never seen by him. Instead, another employee approached me in the lobby and asked why I was there. I explained that I had spoken with a representative at the Bayview branch who confirmed what I needed was possible and that I simply needed to bring documentation.
