I never banked with them personally but I have friends that do and they always give a good review. So im rating 3 stars unless I decide to open anaccount and go off my own personal experience but until then I give them 3 stars for great customer service from what I've heard.
We ( my parents and i) had a very good experience with Betsy Guzman. She was very professional and helpful. She explained our entire process & answered all of our questions thoroughly!!! Thank you for making our process for our vehicle go by quick and easy!
Despite being a frequent customer here since 2012, depositing weekly, the staff still act like they never recognize frequent customers, forcing them to give photo ID even in the lane where they can see my face 1 foot from them. As a former Retail Relationship Banker, Senior Customer Care Banker, Banking Mentor, etc., if I could give a 1/2 star rating, I would. Landmark stole $1500 from me because my dirt bike loan wasn't covered by collision insurance even though it can't be driven on the street. The charged my their own rate... 15 times higher than the going rate of around $100 per year for dirt bike insurance. Unbelievable. Stay away.
Very rude people at this location. They convinced me to close my account and never go back. Choose a different bank to put your money in. Landmark Credit Union has very rude people especially at this location.
