Always great service. Credit Unions are better than banks period..
Get here early if you want to use the coin counting machine! It apparently has different hours than the rest of the bank. So much for customer service!
HORRIBLE customer service. Twice, the woman on the phone was generally rude and sighed when I asked to be transferred.That after charging quote: "the highest penalty allowed by law". Their words.
Good place to catch both blue line or the 23 bus. Don't have to wait to long.

Don't bother trying to get cash at the ATM on the weekend... its always out of money!!
Quick service. Be careful driving thru the lane closest to the bldg. If you have a large car/van its tricky to fit.
