Writing this review for others to be wary. My mom kept receiving phone calls and letters regarding a late car payment. Landmark kept insisting it was my mom's fault that SHE was late and that interestkeeps accruing. I took my mom to pull up all receipts to show she has never been late. Each time the representative and tellers would say a different month; each time we would show proof, it would be another month. Elena, was amazing to work with, have never had an honest banker ever, she truly answered all my questions and made the car loan process very smooth, her kindness and willingness to help truly made my experience with Landmark great! If you need any loans i advise you to go see Elena at this branch !
They wouldn't let me open an account because my ID's address was wrong. Everywhere I've ever needed my address has allowed a different form of address if ID wasn't up to date.
I’ve had an absolutely awful experience with Landmark Credit Union. The hold times are ridiculously long, and when you finally get through, the customer service is terrible. The representatives are unprofessional, lack confidence, and can’t answer even the simplest questions. To make things worse, even the management is clueless. They promise to call you back, but they never follow through. I would strongly recommend avoiding this credit union at all costs if you value your time and sanity.
