Have been with Landmark Credit Union since this branch opened. Excellent customer service in every way. Branch is small, clean and inviting. I always feel "looked out for" when it comes to the various forms of fraud one has to be wary of as well. I appreciate the communication from Landmark. They've served me from working days, paychecks, bill paying, to retirement and savings. Staff is friendly, professional, give sound financial advice, and make you feel welcome when showing up in person.

Writing this review for others to be wary. My mom kept receiving phone calls and letters regarding a late car payment. Landmark kept insisting it was my mom's fault that SHE was late and that interestkeeps accruing. I took my mom to pull up all receipts to show she has never been late. Each time the representative and tellers would say a different month; each time we would show proof, it would be another month.
