Have been with Landmark Credit Union since this branch opened. Excellent customer service in every way. Branch is small, clean and inviting. I always feel "looked out for" when it comes to the various forms of fraud one has to be wary of as well. I appreciate the communication from Landmark. They've served me from working days, paychecks, bill paying, to retirement and savings. Staff is friendly, professional, give sound financial advice, and make you feel welcome when showing up in person.

I’ve had an absolutely awful experience with Landmark Credit Union. The hold times are ridiculously long, and when you finally get through, the customer service is terrible. The representatives are unprofessional, lack confidence, and can’t answer even the simplest questions. To make things worse, even the management is clueless. They promise to call you back, but they never follow through. I would strongly recommend avoiding this credit union at all costs if you value your time and sanity.
