I remember when you actually got a greeting, hi, hey, how ya doing, morning, afternoon, evening. Now it's like you pull up or walk in and it's a inconvenience to your employees to even deal with your customers. I really should come at your employees leisure, right? Your customer service is irritating, pathetic, disappointing, unprofessional and insulting. I am worth more here, is a bold face lie!

The overdraft fee policy is terrible. Their system audits all accounts every 20 minutes and if your account is overdrawn you automatically get over draft fee $30. You only have 20 minutes grace time to deposit money. If you ever worry about over drafts avoid this bank.West Allis WI branch
I have 2 business with this bank and we need coins and they charge 12 cent for 50 cent roll coins. They are rubbing. They don’t value the customer. They didn’t told me before I opened. Never ever open account on landmark credit union
We love our Landmark our branch manager and loan officers are phenomenal took care of our needs and we are very happy please and satisfied the loan went through smoothly so blessed
