Great place to do business if you have money. If you're living paycheck to paycheck, go elsewhere. They love to hit you with overdraft fees even after you've signed documents to opt out of having overdraft. If the money isn't in people's accounts then don't allow a charge to go through. It's that simple.
Friendly and very professional staff they go above and beyond their call of duty, I had been a member for more than 30 years and feel safe doing business with them. I definitely recommend this branch.
So far so good time will tell when/if i need a loan how i get treated.Well i think i need to change the rating as i tried to discuss loan options and was given the run around. Staff is not very knowledgeable in their services/programs and when you want to talk to some1 that might know something they wont let you talk to them...Poor customer service. Every call goes thru a call center and no way to call branch...NOT GOOD
Its unfortunate I have to give you even 1 star. Every other branch but Germantown has the best customer service. The young man at the drive through today was beyond arrogant. Asked for an ID to make a deposit, I said I've never had to do that at any other branch to give you my money, he claimed it was policy and all of them should. Have been a member for about 15-20 years and have never had a bad experience. I highly recommend them to anyone.
