I was at your branch in Oconomowoc today. And one of you tellers was very rude to me. I just wanted to make a deposit into my account. They was no one in front on me. And she was not busy. She started to call other people over to help them first. Okay I moved and another teller and they help me straight away. Nice pleasant. Not sure what the this person problem was. Loan officers should know the basics! Knowledge is key & and apparently they don’t know how to train! Went across the street to Summit CU! No issues! Who says to open a credit card and not to use it? Even I know better!Good luck! Terrible experience!
I went to the occonomowoc branch Monday at 10am. Only 2 workers and there was a line of 4 people ahead of me. The Tyme machine could not help what I needed. Waited 15 min. When I finally got to the desk they were not about to help me with my issue. So frustrating.
