I am new to the area and was in the market to open both a business and personal account with a local bank. Since I live close to Landmark, I decided to stop in and explore my options. When I arrived, the front desk representative was kind. She took my ID and asked what I was looking for. Just a superb group of people who welcome and assist you. We specifically ruled out closer financial institutions because of our two visits to this Landmark-exceptional, knowledgeable staff.
I was at your branch in Oconomowoc today. And one of you tellers was very rude to me. I just wanted to make a deposit into my account. They was no one in front on me. And she was not busy. She started to call other people over to help them first. Okay I moved and another teller and they help me straight away. Nice pleasant. Not sure what the this person problem was.
