Shame on you landmark. This new location is no way to conduct business relationships with the people that grew you. All the new rules that are suddenly implemented in our business account make it extremely difficult to run a business. Will be looking elsewhere. I heard Appletree is like what Landmark use to be. VERY disappointed with the road Landmark has taken with the new facility in Oconomowoc. This “new and improved” version is anything but. The members have an ownership stake in the credit union, did y’all forget that?? Corporate no longer gives a damn about the face-to-face relationship with customers; if they did, there wouldn’t be more self-service kiosks (which don’t read checks properly, anyway) than live teller booths. I went to deposit a check at the "new" location. Sat in the drive through and had to enter the check, my check card to get my check deposited - after 10 minutes of going back and forth I was told I had to go inside to make my transaction - waste of my time. Then I went in to deposit a CASHIERS CHECK into my account - the teller was rude, chewing gum, and very inappropriately dressed in a mini skirt that looked like a tube top. 5/5 stars for the employees 0/5 stars for the management who forces the employees to stand at a computer for 8+ hours a day. Is it really that big of a deal to give your employees a chair? Lord knows you guys can afford it solely off the revenue in overdraft fees. And a sanitary wipe or two would be nice at the ATMs *covered* in dirty fingerprints. I did not enjoy the new layout. I got in line to use the automatic tellers but was told they do not read checks well and I should just get in the regular lines. The lines were out the door and all the automated teller machines just had people standing at them. I feel very disconnected with the new layout . I think the tellers are very vulnerable if there were a robbery situation. You feel like you’re ordering a cup of coffee.
