Just a superb group of people who welcome and assist you. We specifically ruled out closer financial institutions because of our two visits to this Landmark-exceptional, knowledgeable staff.
I was at your branch in Oconomowoc today. And one of you tellers was very rude to me. I just wanted to make a deposit into my account. They was no one in front on me. And she was not busy. She started to call other people over to help them first. Okay I moved and another teller and they help me straight away. Nice pleasant. Not sure what the this person problem was. Loan officers should know the basics! Knowledge is key & and apparently they don’t know how to train! Went across the street to Summit CU! No issues! Who says to open a credit card and not to use it? Even I know better!Good luck! Terrible experience!
Went into the new Oconomowoc branch to pay off a vehicle loan. Selling to a buyer, and Linda did a great job with the process. She had all the answers and paperwork ready to go. No issues, very simple process. Thanks!
