I have banked with landmark for the past 10 years using them for all my banking needs. That has recently changed as I realized they don't actually work for their customers. I was scammed out of money, sent in all documents to prove the scam, and was overall told that they cannot help me and sorry there's nothing we can do. If this is how landmark wants to treat their customers, they will lose alot more. I immediately closed all my accounts with landmark and vow never to use them again for any of my financial needs. Great service, as I only went to order new checks.
I had the opportunity to work with Sophia today. She assisted me in opening a business checking and savings account. Furthermore, she troubleshot what was wrong with my credit card, and was able to issue me a new one. She is very professional and in my opinion the most personable banker at Landmark. She truly listens and understands her customers needs and is effective at resolving issues.
