I have banked with landmark for the past 10 years using them for all my banking needs. That has recently changed as I realized they don't actually work for their customers. I was scammed out of money, sent in all documents to prove the scam, and was overall told that they cannot help me and sorry there's nothing we can do. If this is how landmark wants to treat their customers, they will lose alot more. I immediately closed all my accounts with landmark and vow never to use them again for any of my financial needs. We have been associated with Landmark Credit Union for many years, starting when we moved here to Sussex 35 years ago. They had the best mortgage rates at the time and we have always had great support and service from them for numerous situations.
The staff is always so amazing and helpful! I drive an extra 10 minutes to go to this one JUST for the staff. Keep up the amazing work, and thank you for your services and support!
I had the opportunity to work with Sophia today. She assisted me in opening a business checking and savings account. Furthermore, she troubleshot what was wrong with my credit card, and was able to issue me a new one. She is very professional and in my opinion the most personable banker at Landmark. She truly listens and understands her customers needs and is effective at resolving issues. I had a fraudulent charge on my debit card, which I cancelled my card over and filed a dispute. It was an Uber charge from Amsterdam (I also had made purchases that day in Wisconsin on the same card, was certainly not in Amsterdam, and have never taken an Uber in Amsterdam). I sent proof that I had no Uber charges from Amsterdam on my Uber account and had never used one in that country, but they denied my claim because apparently since I’ve used Uber before, it could have been me???
