They don't take anyone seriously. You can put $1,000 in the bank and they will not borrow you $5. 00 it's a joke. They don't borrow money to anyone unless you're someone special working people can't afford to bank there
Was there for over 45min (probably over an hour) trying to cash a check. The teller had to get approval from the bank manager to cash it. She then comes back after what felt like 10min at least and tells me that the manager has lost her log in so she is having issues. I stood there for at least 15min before the teller came back again to tell me that nothing was wrong with the check. Savings account dividends are a joke, regular banks are better now. I used to love Landmark and it's gone down the drain so much since 2020. I went to the Watertown location with a sandwich sized bag of coins to exchange for cash and they said they don't have a coin counter and that they can't do it by hand. I was required to go to another location. How pathetic. What's the point of banking if Landmark no longer banks?
Wow so many bad reviews, I’ve never had a bad experience here. Always polite and quick. Never have to wait more than 5 min. Once we had a wire transfer from someone and it took a long time and we had to go in back room with manger but it was handled with professionalism and the tellers are always kind. I go at least once a week or once every other.
My law firm has been with Landmark Credit Union for 1.5 years. We have always been happy and have never had issues. The tellers are particularly great. I went in today to deposit a check (no cash back) and was told about half of it will be held for FIVE BUSINESS DAYS!?!?!?! The policy started today. Really? It was a check for an amount smaller than our usual deposits and we have NEVER been overdrawn or had other issues.
