I went to deposit money and realized I forgot the deposit slip, I asked for one as I had the account number I needed to deposit the money in and the teller tells me they dont give deposit slips and I need to create a profile in a bank I don't bank in to deposit money. My dad goes the next day with the deposit slip to the account, and they inform him even with a deposit slip you can not deposit money without a profile so he gives her his id against his wishes. I came in to cash a check... that had no date on it. Not post dated or predated... no date. I said no problem I will fill in the date. The woman there said that i would have to go back and have the original person date the check. Ridiculous. I went to my car and filled in the date then came back to cash it. Did she check if it was dated by the original person? NO... how could she? Ridiculous. aaaaand it went down hill from there. Plus I don't even like setting foot into that community killer store. Laura the financial officer SR was not very happy or motivated to help with a refinance. Made everything difficult and the communication was horrible. Even was sluggish when I was in office. I have been in contact with other unions and they even they said how unprofessional she was with me. That I shouldn’t have had the issues she presented me with. I have spoken with other people and friends and they also said they would never go to landmark themselves. If it wasn’t for my truck loan, I would never go back there
Was there for over 45min (probably over an hour) trying to cash a check. The teller had to get approval from the bank manager to cash it. She then comes back after what felt like 10min at least and tells me that the manager has lost her log in so she is having issues. I stood there for at least 15min before the teller came back again to tell me that nothing was wrong with the check. They don't take anyone seriously. You can put $1,000 in the bank and they will not borrow you $5. 00 it's a joke. They don't borrow money to anyone unless you're someone special working people can't afford to bank there
