worst bank I have ever had the displeasure of banking with. do not bank with these people under any circumstance. they do not protect you at all. they are so cheap and broke. I got scammed $700, they refused to help me out. I got scammed again, no help, even though my credit card through Chase actually helped me and got me the money back. They charge you for everything because they are broke and need the money. After 13 years of being a member I had to switch. Such a shame.
Steven the teller has caused numerous issues in regards to check cashing. We tried to deposit $100 fundraising check into my son's account who just under went open heart surgery at the age of 11! He wouldn't allow us to so we took the check to our other bank who holds our mortgage. He needs more training! Laura is incompetent and lacks customer service. Lots of huffing and puffing and extremely RUDE! 3 instances now with this location. Don't bother calling to apologize. Hasn't worked!
I went to deposit money and realized I forgot the deposit slip, I asked for one as I had the account number I needed to deposit the money in and the teller tells me they dont give deposit slips and I need to create a profile in a bank I don't bank in to deposit money. So I leave. My dad goes the next day with the deposit slip to the account, and they inform him even with a deposit slip you can not deposit money without a profile so he gives her his id against his wishes. I came in to cash a check... that had no date on it. Not post dated or predated... no date. I said no problem I will fill in the date. The woman there said that i would have to go back and have the original person date the check. Ridiculous. I went to my car and filled in the date then came back to cash it. Laura the financial officer SR was not very happy or motivated to help with a refinance. Made everything difficult and the communication was horrible. Even was sluggish when I was in office. I have been in contact with other unions and they even they said how unprofessional she was with me. That I shouldn’t have had the issues she presented me with. I have spoken with other people and friends and they also said they would never go to landmark themselves. If it wasn’t for my truck loan, I would never go back there
