My husband & I had to change banks. We wanted to switch to a credit union where our money is helping others. We are very happy with our choice to move all our accounts to Landmark. And a big shout out to Mary rose, Asst Branch Mgr!! She didn't rush us, she listened to our needs, and she laughed with us as we hadn't changed banks for 30 years! I went in the credit union to inquire about business checking account…I was treated like a criminal…. Essentially the first words out of their mouth was can I see ID … long story short…. I walked out with no information on checking account…their loss… I went down the road and opened a biz checking account with a deposit of $150,000… stay clear….now I understand why they have a 3 star rating

The personal bankers there are great and extremely helpful. It's been a while since I received top-notch customer service, I'll definitely be back.
Customer service was beyond exceptional! I was greeted with a smile, staff was very professional, very helpful and patient with what I had to do. It is very hard to come across good customer service these days so I have a great appreciation whenever I do experience great customer service.
