I did business at your location "Mequon" once this year when I was in the area and the representatives were able to get my transaction done quickly. The 2 ladies at the counter had great customer service skills. I always go to another location because it is closer to my residence on the West side. I will no longer go to that location. My husband & I had to change banks. We wanted to switch to a credit union where our money is helping others. We are very happy with our choice to move all our accounts to Landmark. And a big shout out to Mary rose, Asst Branch Mgr!! She didn't rush us, she listened to our needs, and she laughed with us as we hadn't changed banks for 30 years! I went in the credit union to inquire about business checking account…I was treated like a criminal…. Essentially the first words out of their mouth was can I see ID … long story short…. I walked out with no information on checking account…their loss… I went down the road and opened a biz checking account with a deposit of $150,000… stay clear….now I understand why they have a 3 star rating
