I recommend going to another branch if possible. I applaud the woman for juggling front counter duty and the driver through at the same time. However, that's the only thing that impressed me. First, tell her that I want to make a 300 dollar payment. She acknowledged that I wanted to make a 500 dollar payment. I corrected her and told her no a 300 dollar payment. Been going to this location a couple of times now very friendly and a drive thru thank goodness for that with the pandemic situation. Just wish Landmark would open a location more closer to my residence. Hint hint not many options where I live. Nothing like Landmark.
DONT FORGET TO CHANGE YOUR INSURANCE OVER. THEY GOUGED THE CRAP OUT OF ME 2370 FOR 3 MONTHS OF INSURANCE. THAT AND THEY NEVER EVEN BOTHERED TO CALL ME ABOUT IT. ALSO TRANSFERS. THEY WOULD DEDUCT THE MONEY FRM MY OTHER BANK ACCOUNT AND IT WOULD TAKE 10 DAYS BEFORE IT WAS AVAILABLE TO PAY MY LOAN
The loan lady here always looked out for my finances for me always helped me out and got me all my loans with good interest rate and monthly payments my go to bank for loans
