Friendly service. I'm updating my review because I've always been treated exceptionally well at this location. I do not frequent a branch location often at all, only if I need assistance with something I can not accomplish online. I went in today to get assistance with a question I had. Brook was amazing! It turns out that I could only rectify the issue at a location that I do not enjoy visiting, due to the service not being as good. Good large credit union with a few drive through lanes and plenty of parking. Clean inside. The teller I dealt with was super friendly. And they have a self service change counting machine for CU members.
Josh Nichols went above and beyond to help me with my auto loan. Also Greg at the Madison branch is great to work with. Thanks guys.
Lady in drive thru seems very rude and like I did something wrong when I’m just trying to put some money into my account. Not friendly at all.
Impossible to make person to person contact. Need had to jump thur so many hoops to do business with any business. 🤬
