I have a joint account here with a card I use maybe 2-3 times a year as this is not my primary bank. I went to use the card today and it was expired. Never was sent a new one which should have been done by Landmark months ago. When I went into the location to get a current one, the teller did not even ask for my ID to confirm my identity and just went ahead and made a new card. Incredibly predatory. Their loan rates are pretty good, but $30 NSF fees in 2025, even if you correct PayPal's error the next day.
The staff at the Landmark credit union in Franklin are the best. I have been to other branches and didn’t get that customer service feel, at the particular branch they have been friendly and compassionate helping me get the financial information I needed for my divorce. I am there once a week doing my banking needs and they all know me by name and ask how I have been and what’s new. I strongly recommend this branch the customer service is the best I have seen anywhere and they make you feel like family
Great rates and people 4/2025 Update needed, sorry to say things here are not quite as good as they used to be 20-30 years ago (I guess that could be said for a lot of things?). While I am still doing business with them, they just seem to be a bit behind on technology, organization and communication. Any new business will likely be taken elsewhere.
Drive through person asked me to put ID and money in bin and disappeared. Why will I put my ID in the drive through bin, earlier whenever I went in drive through in any bank they just ask for deposit slip and the money envelope. Then I went in to the branch to deposit money, the young lady asked for my social to be written on piece of paper. What kind of scam are you running here. I decided not to deposit money and walked away considering it as major security risk of sharing social on piece of paper.
