I have been a Landmark Credit Union member for 30 years and have generally been satisfied with the service, first at the New Berlin branch and more recently at the Brookfield branch. I do not expect anything over the top. However, the handling of certified checks has been very disappointing. I visited the branch this past Saturday was interested in opening a business account i wanted information about business products i had the pleasure of meeting Samantha she made me feel not welcome very dismissive and wasn’t welcoming. I later found out she was a manager so i am extremely disappointed to be treated like this by management.
Just wanted to say that I had called ahead to get a special order of denominations for the Christmas holiday and everybody at this location was extremely helpful. Also, the corporate office which I was directed to first was super helpful as well thank you.!! Very personalized banking experience!!!!
We joined Landmark Credit Union a few years ago when we moved to the area, after seeing they have the best CD rates around. Their customer service has been consistently excellent, whether it's for regular transactions or to open new accounts. We love the combination of great CD rates and in-person customer service, but we're also fans of their easy-to-use online banking and text notifications of account activity. Highly recommend!
Sierra Wash was very easy to work with in obtaining an Auto Loan from Landmark. Their pre-qualification gave me the ability to obtain the car I wanted same day from a local dealer that works directly with Landmark. Using Landmark's low rates was a no-brainer and having a Checking account makes it easy to pay the loan - thank you for your help!
