Angie’s customer service was horrible. Instead of helping me I was urged to call customer service. Had she not been so abrasive this review wouldn’t have been necessary. It’s sad that people don’t realize without good customer service your business won’t thrive. Been a customer for many years now. Thought it would be a good idea to get a credit card from Landmark instead of using one I currently have from Citi Bank (trying to shop local!). Filled out the online application a week ago but never heard back (no email saying you completed the application or any phone call). Today I used the online chat to ask a question about something. Place has gone downhill fast. With all the competition out there, this would be a place of last resort for banking.
Went here to change my auto pay from another bank to Landmark for my auto loan that is with Landmark. There were 4 employees- a teller up front, a teller in the drive through, a lady in a front office and a man in another office. When we walked in the teller was helping someone reorder a debit card.
