If i could 0 star i would. Im sick of landmark and there schemes. They love to take extra than intended amount im sure to line there pockets. They took an additional 200$ from me and blame it on state i have email from them and records proving they have full amount the bank is trying to take extra and hide it. Run away from landmark
I have never had a single experience at this bank where the person helping wasn't incredibly rude. My daughter went to withdraw some money and guess what.... SUPER RUDE to her. They act like you are majorly incoveniencing them! What is wrong with this place? Do they just hate their jobs there? Then quit! Seriously... the worst!
Landmark was good 15 years ago, but their technology is horrible, they constantly make mistakes that cost me time and frustration. And good luck ever getting your feedback acknowledged or resolved. If you have a business account, you'll regret it instantly. They're just too big and too impersonal. They forgot who owns them and who they are supposed to be serving. As opportunities arise to move accounts to institutions that have their act together, I'm doing it. No regrets.
My experiences are almost exclusively with the Burlington office. Several of their staff have gone above and beyond on more than one occasion. I am extremely appreciative of their assistance and graciousness.
Updated: MORE PROBLEMS With THIS BANK. PUT A CHECK IN THROUGH ATM FOR MY BUSINESS ACCOUNT. WE USED THE ACCOUNT AFTER THAT AND OUR CARD WAS DECLINED SO WE CALLED AND THEY SAID WE USED THE RIGHT CARD. THEN I GET AN EMAIL SAYING ANOTHER ACCOUNT I SCHEDULED A PAYMENT FOR IS OVER DUE. WELL I SCHEDULED A PAYMENT TO COME OUT MY BUSINESS ACCOUNT BEFORE ITS SCHEDULED PAYMENT DATE.
