Updated: MORE PROBLEMS With THIS BANK. PUT A CHECK IN THROUGH ATM FOR MY BUSINESS ACCOUNT. WE USED THE ACCOUNT AFTER THAT AND OUR CARD WAS DECLINED SO WE CALLED AND THEY SAID WE USED THE RIGHT CARD. THEN I GET AN EMAIL SAYING ANOTHER ACCOUNT I SCHEDULED A PAYMENT FOR IS OVER DUE. WELL I SCHEDULED A PAYMENT TO COME OUT MY BUSINESS ACCOUNT BEFORE ITS SCHEDULED PAYMENT DATE. I did like this place. I have 2 car loans through them. I went for a new car loan because one of my cars got totaled and will be paid off through insurance. They told me my co signer couldn’t be the main holder because “he showed no interest in the vehicle” he was there to help me anyway he could. I think this comment was very unprofessional and a stupid reason to deny him even after saying he qualifies as a co-signer . I have it in writing through email.
I started a CD online, due to my own error I needed to go into a branch. Barbara at the Burlington branch was amazing. She fixed all my mistakes and we were in and out quickly. I learned my lesson will only open new accounts at the Burlington branch from now on. Thank you, Barbara.
Called this morning to find out about a charge I didn’t know why I had, I talked to a woman who was incredibly rude to me!
