I did like this place. I have 2 car loans through them. I went for a new car loan because one of my cars got totaled and will be paid off through insurance. They told me my co signer couldn’t be the main holder because “he showed no interest in the vehicle” he was there to help me anyway he could. I think this comment was very unprofessional and a stupid reason to deny him even after saying he qualifies as a co-signer . I have it in writing through email.
Started with this bank a couple months ago and opened 2 different accounts one a small business. It has been nothing but problems and are still having issues trying to get credit card payments. Talked to someone who sounded like he was out and about not in the office. Said he would have everything we need that day or by next morning. It's been a week now and heard absolutely nothing. I started a CD online, due to my own error I needed to go into a branch. Barbara at the Burlington branch was amazing. She fixed all my mistakes and we were in and out quickly. I learned my lesson will only open new accounts at the Burlington branch from now on. Thank you, Barbara.
I’ve had two car loans and a HELOC through landmark and have been happy with them.
Called this morning to find out about a charge I didn’t know why I had, I talked to a woman who was incredibly rude to me!
