I started a CD online, due to my own error I needed to go into a branch. Barbara at the Burlington branch was amazing. She fixed all my mistakes and we were in and out quickly. I learned my lesson will only open new accounts at the Burlington branch from now on. Thank you, Barbara.
Called this morning to find out about a charge I didn’t know why I had, I talked to a woman who was incredibly rude to me! Predatory car lender. I refinanced a car in 2023 and thought my rate would be better. Hidden fees, penalties, and horrible customer account access (a website that won’t allow you to pay online or even look into your account to see what is owed). I was set up to lose my car by signing over to them. This should be illegal. My car was repossessed this morning after 1 missed phone call. I hate this company.
Do not even try to call their contact number… because you won’t get a person and if you repeat “representative” or press 0 to get to a person it will hang up on you by saying “goodbye” and when you do talk to someone 20 minutes after going through all the prompts it has a 10$ convenience fee to make any additional payments towards a car loan! Why are there no direct numbers directly to the bank?!
