Incredible credit union, Nate the manager is very knowledgeable and really looks out for every client. People shouldn’t complain about the speed because at landmark they make sure every decision is in the best interest of the client. Truly remarkable service

Worst bank I have ever had. So disappointed with their service and overall reliability. They literally told me I could not rely on what my account shows online to be the correct balance. Lmao I can’t rely on them to do accurate accounting. 100% canceled

I went in to simply add my wife to my account and add a checking account and it took over an hour of waiting and none of the clerks were able to help us. Another woman was there for 1 hour, 15 minutes and also had not been helped. They only have one person available to open accounts or do anything other than simple transactions. I recommend the location on Howell Avenue in Oak Creek. I've never had an issue at that location. They also have more employees to reduce the wait time.
