Horrible bank! I was doing well on payong off debt until i got to landmark. I made a loan payoff offer of original principle +$1000.00 (including 24 months of payments made) They denied it and even made threats. It is clear that profit before peole is a company policy. Zero stars for Landmark!
I have made several unsuccessful attempts to connect chase bank to pay monthly loan. They forced their own insurance even though I provided proof of full coverage on multiple occasions. then charged interest on top of the forced insurance. they refuse any compromise. Their reply is always ''please call costumer service with any complaints" I have tried several times and its just a 3 hour phone dance with nobody that can or will help. Worst loan I have ever had. Zero stars for Landmark!!!
Zero stars for landmark! After many many completed loans over the years i would put landmark below the worst. Their response as you can see from other reviews is "please call customer service......." Nope, at this point i'm not spending more time beating a phone on the desk. PLEASE DO NOT USE LANDMARK!
Would not recommend for a rec. Loan. I have had many loans and landmark has by far the worst policies. They have 3rd party agreements that they use as a buffer. My contract was not with a 3rd party..... Zero stars for Landmark!!

Absolutely avoid at all costs
They are terrible. The bills come out later than any other bill I have. This time, I got it on the due date. Unbelievable! Back in April, I had to call because I didn't receive a bill at all, and it was going to take five days to process on their own website! Their phone system is appalling. I'm not sure I've ever encountered a worse one. It took seven minutes to navigate through the numbers to reach the right department.
