Good assessment and explanation of process. Answered all questions about safety for other wildlife and pets. Good tips for securing space to deter rats from outside property. Lorenzo was very knowledgeable, patient, and calming with our many questions and concerns.
Jeremy is very friendly and explains what services he’s providing at each visit. If I have concerns he listens carefully and explains how to remedy the issue. At the end of each service he explains what was done, if he added/replaced bait and remind me if their service is needed between appointments, not to hesitate to call.
Our tech Lorenzo was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and thorough. Took the time to answer any questions we had.
Quick Android. I appreciate how they were able to work best to my schedule since I had to take some time off of work. I requested after a certain time and they were able to adjust it hope that the mice in the attic have met their match. Esmeralda was very kind and insured that I had no more questions before she finished up with spraying around the house.
