Lorenzo was my tech. We had a problem the night before, and he made space in his schedule immediately and competently and quickly addressed the problem. It has not recurred. I could not be happier, and he's a big reason it went smoothly. Also, the owner took my call at 11 pm, way after closing, and was extremely understanding. I felt valued and like I was in good hands. People mostly leave reviews when they are upset, but I'm leaving this because Lorenzo deserves the credit, as does the business.
Landmark did a great job securing whatever holes I had that might have been allowing mice into the basement and Also checking that there were no more mice or mice droppings. Jonathan was great coming every week to check. Services were expensive but no more mice or mice droppings so probably worth it.
