Dan is the best! He is very professional and talks you through everything you need to know, giving reassurance as he goes, and with a nice sense of humor. Very polite and kind. It makes a terrible situation much better.

Ken is pleasant and a pleasure to interact with. He he answers all questions and doesn’t seem like he’s in a hurry yet you know that he is going to do his job in an efficient way. The last time he was out I was sick and didn’t answer his text or the door. He was very forgiving and kind. He is definitely an asset to landmark past.
