The service at Lapels on Commonwealth Avenue in Boston’s Allston neighborhood (specifically at Packards Corner) was nothing less than superior. There was no wait; I simply entered the store, handed my clothes off to the employee responsible for doing the cleaning and paid my fee. Had two pairs of jeans tailored here with the original hem. It is worth noting that they do not tailor them there, but they quality of the work was high, and they did an efficient job measuring the hem.
They were honest and upfront about the cost for my dress alterations and the results were great!
Very good service! They rescued my dress that was ruined by the other dry cleaners.
I was very pleased with their service. My sofa slip covers came back looking great.
