Price gouging! I provided my phone number as part of their process and they knew I’m not from the area. I paid $35 to have three short sleeve shirts dry cleaned. No prices or provided beforehand prices are posted in the shop. You don’t know until you’re picking them up what they want for payment. Additionally they are also not quick. It was turned in on a Saturday and pick up on Wednesday.

I brought something in to be tailored. They inspected the impending job. They quoted me one price range. I accepted it. I came in to pick it up a week later and they billed me another price higher than the upper end of the price range. Egregious. I complained and they brought the price back down. Nowhere in the process did they warn me. Who does that?

Been going here for almost a decade! Great service, quality, and all the positives you would hope for in a dry cleaning service! Will continue going here as long as I live in this area. The whole staff is great!

Great service! I really appreciated Lapels delivering my dry cleaning to my apartment. They did a great job cleaning my alpaca/ wool winter coat

This is a great neighborhood dry cleaner in Allston! I have used their services for almost two years. They do a great job dry cleaning, and always handle my clothes with care. Everyone with whom I have interacted in the store has been kind and professional.
