I’m extremely frustrated with my experience at this dry cleaning company. I brought in some clothes thinking it would be a straightforward process, but when I came to pick them up, I was hit with a much higher bill than expected. At no point did they give me an upfront price or even an estimate, and I only found out when it was time to pay. After several times coming to these cleaners, they have failed us! I brought my husband’s suits, one with a very expensive handkerchief ( white) and told Sebastian to ensure it didnt get lost and he assured me it wouldnt get lost. Came yesterday 12/26 to pick up the suits and other pieces, and guess what? The white handkerchief was not there! I was told that they would be able to get the stains (they said it was grease) out of a few pairs of shorts. At no time during the process, or after, was I notified that they weren't able to get any of it out of any of the shorts. When I went to pick them up and took a look, I asked why am I being charged full price when it was 0% successful. In short, I was told that was the price I had to pay and they don't ever give a 100% guarantee.
Very competent and professional business. Produces a great product with personal support of the owners. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. If you haven’t used their service, try the company. You will be as satisfied as I am.
I had to bring a few garments in because they were pretty blood soaked from an accident. They were my dad’s favorite pants and shirt so I really wanted to save them. The stains were a week old and they got it all out! So happy!
