I’m extremely frustrated with my experience at this dry cleaning company. I brought in some clothes thinking it would be a straightforward process, but when I came to pick them up, I was hit with a much higher bill than expected. At no point did they give me an upfront price or even an estimate, and I only found out when it was time to pay. I recently took a wool peacoat which had an olive oil stain in the interior of the coat and the lapel. Lapels did an excellent job on removing the stain. You would never know it was ever there. I would recommend them to anyone.

After several times coming to these cleaners, they have failed us! I brought my husband’s suits, one with a very expensive handkerchief ( white) and told Sebastian to ensure it didnt get lost and he assured me it wouldnt get lost. Came yesterday 12/26 to pick up the suits and other pieces, and guess what? The white handkerchief was not there! I was told that they would be able to get the stains (they said it was grease) out of a few pairs of shorts. At no time during the process, or after, was I notified that they weren't able to get any of it out of any of the shorts. When I went to pick them up and took a look, I asked why am I being charged full price when it was 0% successful. In short, I was told that was the price I had to pay and they don't ever give a 100% guarantee.

Poor service, the dress which I asked them to do dry clean has small stain, I showed them and clean that when I dropped the dress at their store. They did not clean the stain and they returned as it was given to them and charged $50. I won’t recommend this.
