I’m extremely frustrated with my experience at this dry cleaning company. I brought in some clothes thinking it would be a straightforward process, but when I came to pick them up, I was hit with a much higher bill than expected. At no point did they give me an upfront price or even an estimate, and I only found out when it was time to pay.
