I love the professionalism the store has. My clothes were ready 2 days before the day I was told. This was my first time coming here. I'm a new resident of MS. I was in need of finding a dry cleaner. My clothes looked great. I will be returning.

It was $69.99 for 6 shirts for men and 6 ladies twin sets. Nothing fancy. Men’s shirts had heavy starch. Blown away at price. This was my first time there will be my last. I’ve used dry cleaners for years and never had a price close to this. I’ve actually had better and faster service. I thought I’d try because near my house. Huge mistake

I had one shirt cleaned and pressed at the Olive Branch location. The employee was super nice, the service was quick and the price was reasonable. I like the text and email notifications. I will use again when I need this kind of service.

They did not honor the discount of 20% off they never honor always excuse . I took 7 shirts to be starched and press. I washed the shirts before I took them to be pressed only cost me 5.00 a shirt I was totally shocked and very upset with them that I will never do business with them again. I was told to use the coupon when u drop clothes off I did that then I was told to bring it back when u pick up. I did just that and I was still turned down….plus they did not starch my shirts 😖

We’re new to the area so this is our first time and probably last with Lapels. I took my husband dress pants I had already washes them... the only thing I wanted was a crease in his pants. Picked up my clothes couple days later did not look at them at the store. They didn’t even crease one of his pants! So disappointed. 2 stars for the clean place and picking up system. Bye for good!
