I love the professionalism the store has. My clothes were ready 2 days before the day I was told. This was my first time coming here. I'm a new resident of MS. I was in need of finding a dry cleaner. My clothes looked great. I will be returning.

It was $69.99 for 6 shirts for men and 6 ladies twin sets. Nothing fancy. Men’s shirts had heavy starch. Blown away at price. This was my first time there will be my last. I’ve used dry cleaners for years and never had a price close to this. I’ve actually had better and faster service. I thought I’d try because near my house. Huge mistake

I had one shirt cleaned and pressed at the Olive Branch location. The employee was super nice, the service was quick and the price was reasonable. I like the text and email notifications. I will use again when I need this kind of service.

We’re new to the area so this is our first time and probably last with Lapels. I took my husband dress pants I had already washes them... the only thing I wanted was a crease in his pants. Picked up my clothes couple days later did not look at them at the store. They didn’t even crease one of his pants! So disappointed. 2 stars for the clean place and picking up system. Bye for good!

I will NEVER use this cleaners again. I dropped two pieces of clothing off on tuesday 2/15/22 afternoon. One piece was a dress for a program that my daughter was in on sunday 3/20/22 and a pair of slacks for my husband. I asked the lady when would it be ready she told me it would be picked up the next day which would be wednesday and it would be ready friday 3/18/22 between 3p-3:30p. I told her great because i really needed this dress done by friday as my child was in a program at church on sunday. She assured me it would be... read more
