I recently brought a white military uniform to Lapels for professional cleaning, and I couldn't be more impressed with the results. Horrible! I made 3 trips for my clothes because everytime I came to pick them up my 2 white dresses had red stains/spots on them. I did not drop off with any red spots the associate apologized and said it would be taken care of but the 2nd time coming to pick up the dresses there were new spots when I came a third time I was over it. Lapels is hands down the best dry cleaners I have ever used! Todd is excellent! I am quite particular with my haute couture. One is discriminating in choosing a professional dry cleaner to entrust $3,000+ suits. Vintage Italian and French designers. Vintage leather. Todd is on the ball with texts, emails updates. oh well, I just canceled my service. They tried to charge me almost $8 dollars per shirt. One of the shirts is apparently not a standard laundered shirt although no other laundromat has ever tried to charge me more the other shirt they backtracked and admitted they were overcharging me. Staff is not very friendly or helpful.
This was my first time using Lapels, service was extremely excellent. The customer service was friendly and helpful. I will definitely be using them in the future.
