Horrible! I made 3 trips for my clothes because everytime I came to pick them up my 2 white dresses had red stains/spots on them. I did not drop off with any red spots the associate apologized and said it would be taken care of but the 2nd time coming to pick up the dresses there were new spots when I came a third time I was over it. I took my garments and was very disappointed because these were supposed to be worn for an event my daughter was having. They still made me pay for my black jacket. I recently brought a white military uniform to Lapels for professional cleaning, and I couldn't be more impressed with the results. Dropped off shoes for cleaning and was quoted a 5 week turnaround time. After 6 weeks I began inquiring about the status of the shoes only to learn that the third party provider was unresponsive. I had to follow up on three separate occasions. After roughly 8 weeks I asked for the shoes to be returned without cleaning. I finally received a call after 10 weeks letting me know that the shoes were ready for pickup. One is discriminating in choosing a professional dry cleaner to entrust $3,000+ suits. Vintage Italian and French designers. Vintage leather. Todd is on the ball with texts, emails updates.
