Lapels on Gold Hill Road is outstanding. So friendly. Very happy with cleaning and alterations. Love the text when the garments are ready. Often the order is ready prior to the pickup date. Professional cleaners and alterations at a reasonable price. Love these guys!

I needed my suit dry cleaned last minute and same day. Everyone said it couldn't be done, except Lapels. They were more than happy to help. Everybody was super nice and it was super affordable. I will not take my dry cleaning to anywhere else. Thank you guys again!

Hannah has always been extremely helpful and consistently provides great customer service—always with a smile and a willingness to help. She’s the reason I’m not leaving a 1-star review, as she truly makes a difference. However, this is now the second time my clothes have come back dirty and not ironed. I gave this business another chance after the first incident, but unfortunately, it happened again. That’s disappointing, and I will not be returning. Quality and consistency matter, and this was simply not acceptable.
