Horrible! I made 3 trips for my clothes because everytime I came to pick them up my 2 white dresses had red stains/spots on them. I did not drop off with any red spots the associate apologized and said it would be taken care of but the 2nd time coming to pick up the dresses there were new spots when I came a third time I was over it. I took my garments and was very disappointed because these were supposed to be worn for an event my daughter was having. They still made me pay for my black jacket. I recently used Lapels to dry clean a couple of cashmere sweaters. For a nominal fee, their driver picked up my order from my doorstep and subsequently delivered my order when it was completed. There was no chemical smell as sometimes happens with other dry cleaning purveyors, and my sweaters are clean and ready to wear once again! I am thoroughly impressed and I’ve already sent a few of my neighbors to Lapels! It was such a seamless, pleasant, inexpensive experience!
